Okay, well I'll do one of the faces (easier than doing the whole thing ) in both styles and load them up, see which one you like better ^_^.
Either style doesn't bother me (though I have to say cel's easier - obviously because it's just flat colours) but don't let it influence you decision - it has to suit your preferences and the art too ^_^
